Fee structure at Iaa is getting to the point of being ridiculous. Now they have a $10.00 premium vehicle fee for a 2012 Navigator. A total of 5 different fees on a $2,300 purchase. When is this going to stop!

The worst auction in the entire country. They lie, lie lie lie, customer service is horrible. You have to wait in the phone for over 45 minutes to get someone on the phone and they won't help you nor even try. If you don't believe me try it 877 937-4243 their phone before you purchase anything. The same goes for their Jacksonville branch. THEY REALLY SUCK.

This place is burnt out, Spokane wa location. The lie and lie and lie, rip you off on stupid fees that are mind blowing. Damage vehicles with forklifts and lie thats how they came. They take false pictures and lie on the description. Their manager and customer service is terrible. The most rude and pathetic people I have ever spoke to. They used to be a good place to buy cars until the management changed. They need to fire everyone and start over. I never thought this place would become such a parasite infested bottom feeding crap hole.

I won the car in Canvey Island, United Kingdom, they listed car as runs and drives but when it arrived the gearbox found to be faulty car can't move from truck.
I talked with Manager Lauran and want to return the car but she didn't helped, I asked for number of Area Manager, she didn't give any information.
Do not buy any car from this fraud company, as per consumer law I can return the car, as the description is wrong.

My review is on their Transport. Their customer service is for the most part good. I have bean waiting for my car for 20 days since I won my auction! Since I have had it shipped, I have had 5 estimates that have HAVE BEEN TOTAL BS! I have called IAA about 3-5 times now asking for a new estimate on the date of arrival with their response always being that it would come the next day. They have no control over their venders! There is NO COMMUNICATION with the vender from buyer! It has been a week since my first estimate of when my car should be here and have still not received it! I am very pissed off!

I have recently purchased a vehicle from this company...based on the listing the car was able to run and drive, only a small body damage.... in the pictures it looked very good and ready to drive but at the time of pick up the vehicles interior was full of dirt, stained, the driver seat ripped and worst of all A BLOWN ENGINE (Not specified in the listing)
After a purchase you cannot return the vehicle, all they told me on the phone was....DEAL WITH IT YOURSELF
not only they sold it for a high price because it was only a small body damage but now i cannot even resell this junk box because with a blown engine no one wants it and fixing it goes beyond the market selling price.
Wont recommend buying fom them!

Insurance companies liberally cancel sales for auctions won if they do not get their high prices. It is an auction site stacked way against the buyers.

I bought a car via buy it now and after I do the cashier check they notify me that the seller canceled the sale

this place needs to be expose and investigated. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ITS A SCAM AND RIP OFF.YOU CAN DO BETTER WITH OTHER AUCTIONS TAKE THE ADVICE OR LEAVE IT.......

they will never sell it if you win an auction at the price they do not like it , they also do the shil bidding to rise the price witch is elegal in united states , and have to be investigated by the police
